In 2007, Stephen launched S.A. Hospitality Innovations (now operating as SA Hospitality Enterprises). The firm, based in New York City, specializes in restaurant concept development, project management and strategic planning for hospitality start-up ventures, as well as providing consulting services to existing and emerging brands across the hospitality sector in the United States. In order to craft unique solutions for its clients, Stephen often utilizes strategic partnerships with top-tier collaborators from other related fields. Past projects have included the design, development and engineering of proprietary culinary equipment JadeRange; creating unique brand identities Memo Productions; custom-tailored kitchen design work flows YUI Design; formulating exclusive, in-house non-alcoholic brands of beverages Flavorman; and developing technological components such as customized, guest-facing order tracking systems, take-out ordering terminals and interactive, app-based, iPad experiences for guests iRiS Software Systems.
